Chapter 1
A career pathway planned in true entrepreneurship that started with lemons and grew up from there. Purchase, blended, and constructed a lemonade stand and sold freshly squeezed lemonade from my front yard, which also happened to be the location where the Rose parade began, an annual Sonoma County tradition spanning 100 years.
1980Chapter 2
While working at Johnny Garlics alongside Guy Fieri I developed my people skills as a busser and eventually a waiter. What I enjoyed most was the fast pace and daily challenge. The most valuable part of that experience was learning from Guy the first hand value of business economics. He would remind the staff that every part of the business is accounted for, every plate, cup, piece of silverware, and as such we were all an integral part of the success of the team.

2004 • 2010
Branching off with two key loan officers, we opened a branch of a successful mortgage company in Petaluma. As the market restricted due to the "great recession" of the early 2000's, I took a position with Bank of America as bank consolidations were eminent.

2017 • Present
Sotheby’s International Realty recruited to further the company's market share in northern Sonoma County. Year over year increases in both gross total company volume and units.
Recruited by Sotheby’s International Realty to develop the company's luxury homes presence in San Francisco and North Bay counties, Timothy Rangel brings a rich depth of experience in both real estate sales and real estate finance.
